The worldwide customer master database was installed in Barcelona in 2001 and counts 480 employees. It is responsible for generating quotes for customer inquiries, order processing and order management.

Job Role:

Cash collector in the department of Collections Italy. The responsibility covers a portfolio of $6 million in receivables, covering approximately 200 customers. It is clear that you have a big impact on our bottom line

Care of customer relation management and investigate issues that occur after sales

Communication with customers is mostly done via telephone and letters

Qualifications

- Native Italian

- Excellent English

Experience

- Experience of 2 years in collections and administration

- Knowledge of Siebel and Oracle will be highly valued

Skills

- Capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Ability to work in a stressful environment.
