Your tasks

• Taking incoming customer calls, and help clients with their IT technical problems in your native language.
• Providing response and resolution within the Shared Services department
• Challenging IT situations

Requirements

• Native German + good level of English
• Another European language would be a plus
• Looking for a permanent position
• Previous experience in IT
• Dynamism, good presentation, and motivation.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday by shifts
• 40 hours
