YOUR ROLE:
•To provide internal and external customers with 2nd level technical support by progressing service calls to a satisfactory conclusion
•Proactively research problems and give solutions
•Train and develop colleagues through direct feedback and coaching

REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 2 years experience in technical support environment – Hardware and Software
•MCP or equivalent industry certification
•Basic understanding of ITIL Framework
•Customer care skills
•Fluently spoken and written English (any other European language will be an advantage)
•Logical demonstrable approach to problem solving
