We are a consulting company specialised in the recruitment and outsourcing of commercial people and Native Speakers.
For one of our clients we are looking for a:
Australian or Canadian Web Content Administrator
About our client
Our client is a leading online educational directory. It was created by four college students in 2000 and since has grown to become the market leader in Spain.
Their rapid growth has allowed them to expand throughout Europe, Latin America, and Asia. They are currently expanding into the Australian market and therefore have the following position available;
Job role
Our client is looking to recruit a Web Content Administrator for their Australia and Canadian website in order to open this market.
Main responsibilities:
-Collaborate in capturing/uploading/revising web content. (i.e. - school program description/information)
-Provide customer support to schools/learning centers and users (email, telephone, etc.)
-Contact Universities, Colleges, Learning Centers, Institutions, etc. in Australia or Canada
-Negotiate deals with other local relevant websites
- Perform market investigations
The ideal candidate will have:
•Qualifications
- Must be a native (preferably Australian or Canadian) English speaker.
- Studies related to user and/or client relationship management, preferably in the online field
- Work permit valid to work in the EU.
•Experience
-Experience in managing and analyzing web content, documentation, and/or database administration
-Experience in account management is an advantage but not a must
- Experience working in a web start-up or handling online campaigns would be an advantage
.
•Skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Advanced Internet User
- Knowledge of web browser and indexing.
•Other
-Contacts within Universities, Colleges, Learning centers, etc. in Australia is an advantage
- Polyvalent, creative and initiative characteristics
