Setting up a business - business administration and language support

Looking for someone who can help in setting up and administering a new Internet company in Barcelona. In particular, someone with experience in navigating Spanish administration and paperwork and providing language support writing/translating into Spanish and Catalan (native speaker). Must speak good English and be interested in new technologies. Part-time to start but may develop into a general management role with growth.
