English girl seeks young, fun, Spanish (or Spanish speaking) flat(Espanol abajo)

Hi - I´m a 21 year old girl from Manchester who´s here teaching English and I´m looking to improve my Spanish. At the moment, I live in a beautiful cheap flat near Verdaguer, but none of my flatmates speak Spanish - so I´m looking for a room in a flat where my flatmates would be (at least predominantly) from Spain or Spanish speaking countries. I´m lively, sociable and easy going, and it´d be ideal if my flatmates were, too. I´m looking for an easy going atmosphere, and flatmates who are of a similar age to me, ie. in their twenties. Preferably, my room would have a window looking outside and a double bed - however, since I only need a double bed for visitors, if there was a single bed and lots of floor space, that would work, too. It´d also be great if the flat was in a building with a lift. Ideally, I´d love to live in Gracia - real Gracia, not Lesseps/Vallcarca, or (who wouldn´t?) Borne. L´Eixample would be great, too. But if you´ve a really beautiful, cheap room and you´re particularly lovely people in the flat, then I´m willing to compromise. I´d be looking to move into the flat around the 1st December. 300-400 Euros is my price range.

 Hola, soy una chica inglesa que tiene 21 anos y soy de Manchester. Estoy acqui enseñar ingles, y intento mejorar mi castellano. Al momento, vivo en un piso precioso y barato cerca de Verdaguer, pero mis compañeros de piso no hablan castellano, entonces busco para un piso donde mis compañeros de piso serian (al menos la mayoria) de España o paises donde hablan espanol. Soy amable, viva y sociable y seria ideal si mis compañeros estan parecido a yo. Me encuentro para un ambiente sociable pero tambien tranquila y para compañeros quien estan de una edad parecida a yo eg. 20-30. Preferablemente, quiero una habitacion exterior con una cama doble - pero porque necesito una cama grande para visitas, si hay una cama pequeña pero tambien mucho espacio del suelo, funcionaria tambien. Seria ideal si el edificio tiene un ascensor. Preferentemente, el piso sería en Gracia - real Gracia, no Vallacarca/Lesseps o Borne. L´Eixample sería fantastico tambien. Pero si tienes una habitacion perfecta y los compañeros de piso estan muy amable, podemos llegar a un acuerdo - en otras palabras, el lugar no importa mucho si el piso es suficientemente fantastico! Busco para una habitacion de 1 Diciembre. Me gustaria pagar entre 300-400 euros mensualmente gastos incluidos.
