400 € - Nice Girl Looking for a nice room asap or by December 1st

Hola!

I am looking for a room to rent starting now, or at the latest move in by December 1st. Between 350 Euros and 425 per month

I am looking for a room with a double bed, and possibly a balcony. If no balcony, than at least a big window with lots of light coming in.

Clean and tidy flat, respectful and friendly flatmates. That's me as well ;)

 Should be located not directly in the center, but nice areas around, Eixample, Gracia, etc. Walking distance 20 or 30 min to center is fine, and close to a metro stop.

Me: Responsible, fun, friendly, hard working girl Monday through Friday will be out of the flat working all day. Learning Spanish so prefer to live with some people I can practice with!
