320 € - 2 sunny rooms for rent (December-May) (Rambla del Poblenou)

Hello!

We are 3 German girls looking for 2 new (female) flatmates. We are 22, 23 and 26 years old, two of us are studying, the third one is working here in Barcelona.  The rooms will be free from the 1st of December until May. The appartment is on the Rambla del Poblenou and is completely remodeled, so all furniture, mattresses etc. are new.

The rooms are both about 10m² and fully furnished with bed, closet, shelf and desk. One of the rooms has an own "mini-balcony", the other one has an own bathroom and own shower. Both are very sunny as they are both exterior. The appartment has also a balcony, living room with TV, kitchen, 2 more bathrooms and a lumber-room (which can also be used as a guestroom). There are several supermarkets around (like Mercadona, LIDL, Día, Spar...) as well as several banks (including Deutsche Bank), the beach is a 10 minute walk away as is the Centro Comercial Glories.

The price is 320€/each plus expenses (about 25 €/month for gas, water, electricity and internet). Deposit is one monthly rent.
