The kitchen and the bathroom are impeccable.

It will take you 15 minutes to get to the the centre by metro (Plaza Cataluña) from Llucmajor, L4.

You can also take blue line (Virrei Amat) or the green one (Canyelles). 

There are a lot of shops around, supermarkets, library, cinema, gym etc. but the neighbourhood is quiet, it is safe and there's also good transportation (buses, metro).

A quiet and friendly atmosphere. With laughter, too! 

The bills are included in the rent.
