We are two friends looking for someone to share our spacious, well furnished and bright apartment. We are very close to metro lines L1, L4 and L5 as well as many bus and "bicing" stations. It takes 20 minutes to go from here to the "center" (Plaça Catalunya), as you can see in the map below.

The room comes with a big double bed, heater, phone, television, sheets, lights, a lot of electricity outlets/wall sockets and plenty of cupboard space. The wi-fi internet is fast and is included in the expenses. We have space for your bike in the front hall. The kitchen and bathroom are always clean and well equipped.

You can bring your friends and boyfriends over whenever you want. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing a dinner once in a while. We speak spanish, english, catalan and portuguese.

The cost of room is: 320 Euros per month plus 50 Euros for extra expenses including maintenance, internet, phone, electricity and gas.

Total = 370 Euros per month. (Deposit of 160)
