Hi all,

  We are looking for 1 or even 2 flatmates for sharing a pretty 4 rooms flat, with one or even 2  bedrooms ready to enter from the 15th of May, one a bigger bedroom and the other one a little bit smaller. We're going to be only 3 people living in it.

   One of these bedrooms to rent is quite big, double, around 9 square metres, with a big bed, equipped with furniture: it has a window with view to the patio and is provided with wardrobe ,and bedside table and moreover .The price for this room is 400 euros and Expenses are included.

The other bedroom is a little bit smaller but also quite nice, with a single bed, well equipped with wardrobe, bedside table, computer desk, TV. The price for this room is 350 Euros, with all expenses included.

   The flat has all necessary things: furniture, kitchen, living room with terrace (very lightly), big TV, DVD, Playstation. It is provided with Internet-Wifi, telephone with free national calls, microwave and more commodities. It is excellent located, with the Horta underground station at 2 minutes walking, A Bus-Stop in front of the house with connection to Downtown Barcelona. 20 minutes with the Bus to Plaza Cataluña, in Metro 15 minutes.The area is very good, with a lot of supermarkets and shops.

  We are looking for a serious person, non smoking, who works or studies, preferably boys, 28-35 aged. I could send you pictures by e-mail.
