Hello, we are renting a spacious and quiet double room overlooking a courtyard in a big apartment (125m2) with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies. The building is modern and well located in the Gracia district with easy access to Diagonal, Fontana and Joanic's metro stops. At the moment we are a French guy, a Catalan and an English girl in the apartment and we are preferably looking for a guy who is easy going, quiet, sociable and who wants to share and enjoy life in the apartment. Nationality has no importance to us, so if you work or study, we just want a bit of respect and enjoy the experience. The monthly rate is 400 Euros without bills.
