Comparto un piso en la calle Aragón entre las calles Pº de San Juan y Bailén.
Es un cuarto piso. Tiene ascensor. Habitaciones con grandes armarios empotrados. Dos cuartos de baño. Un lavamanos con secador. Wirless (wi-fi). Calefacción!!!
Todas las habitaciones son exteriores.
La zona es muy tranquila y familiar. Está expléndidamente bien comunicado. Líneas de metro: la 1, la 2, la 3, la 4 y la 5 a cuatro y siete minutos paseando.
Muchas líneas de autobuses a una, dos calles del piso.
Gran sala comunitaria.

Habitación TRIPLE para una o dos personas. Sol desde el amanecer hasta el mediodía.  Gran armario empotrado. Amplia. Silenciosa. Luminosa. Ventilada. 600 EUROS más gastos, para larga estancia.

Busco personas honradas, trabajadoras, estudiosas, educadas, simpáticas, responsables, con sentido común. Pretendo conseguir una convivencia apacible, agradable, respetuosa con las diferencias y tan familiar como sea posible. NO FUMADORES. NO MASCOTAS.

Si deseas estudiar con tranquilidad, comodamente, con luz natural, en un ambiente que envita a ello....ESTE ES TU PISO!!!!

Si trabajas y al llegar a casa quieres relajarte y descansar...ESTE ES TU PISO!!!

I share a flat in the street Aragon, between the streets Bailén and P º of San Juan. It is a fourth flat. It has elevator. Rooms with big built-in wardrobes. Two bathrooms. A sink with hair.
Wirless (wi-fi).  Heating!!!.

All the rooms are exterior.

The zone is very calm and familiar(family). It is very well communicated. Lines of meter(underground): 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to less than 7 minutes walking.

Many lines of buses to one, two streets of the flat. Great community room.

A TRIPLE room for two people. Sun from the dawn to the noon.  Great embedded closet. Ample. Quiet. Luminous. Ventilated. 600 €. (more 50 € of expenses by person), that is to say, 350 € by person if two people occupy.For long stay.

I look for honest people, workers, students, educated, likeable, responsible, with common sense. I try to obtain a calm, pleasant, respectful with the differences and as familiar coexistence as it is possible.  NONSMOKERS.

If you want to study calmly, comfortably, with natural light, with an environment that challenges to it .... THIS IS YOUR FLAT!

If you work to get home and want to relax and rest ... THIS IS YOUR FLAT!
