Beautiful, bright, modern Double room, available for a single person or for a couple in a large shared flat in El Clot. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobes and drawers, also has internet WIFI access and its own TV.

The flat has very friendly, relaxed housemates from around the world, and a spacious living room and also a nice little balcony. The house also has fully equipped kitchens and a bathroom.
Only a short walk to heaps of shops and there is a shopping center (Les Glories) just 3 min walking, and really close to transport- buses 24 h only 15 min to central Barcelona, the underground (El Clot) its 5 min walking and the Tram is a only 2 min walking.

I am a private landlord, so there are no agency fees. I would only accept students or a person who works.
