HI EVERYONE!!!!! I am Alejandro and we have a beautiful room to rent.

The room: About 8mt2+-, exterior, fully furnish, desk with views, drawers and big closet with plenty of space for you stuff.

The Flat: It is a new apartment, it has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and WC and other with shower and WC), fully equipt kitchen, (pots, pans, microwave, fridge) washing machine, fast wireless internet , nice and sunny balcony.

The Area: The flat it is situated in a very nice and joyful neighborhood, we are just 15min from the from center, (plaza Catalonia), metro station near by, JOANIC, ALFONSO X on the yellow line, we also are 15 min walk from Park Guell "Gaudi".We are near, market, grocery shop, gym.

The Crew: Tony french funny bastard and me Alejandro, I work in Advertising.

Well the rest you will have to came and check it out for yourself.

We are looking for someone to share our flat with, a nice easygoing person that is planning to stay for long term, non smoker, clean, someone that would respect the basic rules of cohabitation but also likes to organize a good dinner party now and then. We try to mix the background to share experiences and good laughs and since we like cooking, some good "culinary" ideas.

The price is 360 euros (+ 40e bills) per month.

We ask for 200euros deposit that will be returned to you by the end of your stay.
