Tengo un habitacion individual disponible de enero 2010, amplia con buen ambiente para aquilar en eixample derecha- cerca del Hospital Sant Pau y Ave de Gaudi (donde hay muchos cafes y tiendas)- buen comunicado con el linea azul y amarilla y hay muchos autobuses. 15 mins a caminar a Gracia
El habitacion es tranquila sin ruido de calle, es exterior y tiene un balcon, hay espacio suficiente para cama grande y escritorio
Si tienes una cama doble tu peudes usarlo, si no tengo una cama tu puedes tener.
El piso es un atico muy bonito con vistas del mar, los montagnes y de sagrada familia. La terraza es muy grande, es como hay dos salones. La cocina es nueva y el bano es casi nuevo, el piso estuvo pintada este mes
Soy una chica de Australia, 29 anos, llege en Barcelona en Abril, pero apprende espanol antes.
Soy tranquila, sin complicaciones y tambien creo sympatico.
He vivido en varios paises y hablo ingles (materna), espanol, y un poco de frances.
Soy responsable y trabajo mucho, quiero crear un espacio en el piso amable y comodo.
El piso es muy preciosa. Tengo muebles por todo el piso- sofas, mesas, sillas etc.
El precio is 405 euros, con gastos. (incl, gas, luz, electricidad, WIFI y telefono- excl llamada internacional y movils) con un mes financia.

I have an individual exterior bright room to rent in eixample derecha from January 2010- it is close to Hospital Sant Pau and Ave de Gaudi- where there are many cafes on the pedestrian street and shops.
The closest metro is Hospital Sant Pau 1min walk, (blue line) or Guinardo 8 min walk(yellow line)- there are a lot of buses close by. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Gracia.
The room is quiet and has no street noise- it has a huge wardrobe to put your all your things- there is a small balcony that has a door to enter it (which is also the window to the room), you have a view to mountains from the balcony.
The atico apartment is on the 8th floor, has a huge terrace which is the same size as the loungeroom, with views of the mountains, sea and Sagrada Familia.
The flat has: 3 bedrooms, a brand new kitchen, an almost new bathroom and has just been freshly painted.
In total there are two other people you will be living with.
I am 29 years old, from Australia, I arrived in Barcelona in April this year but learnt spanish before I arrived.
I am easy- going, friendly and work full time.
I have lived in various countries and I speak english, spanish and some french.

The place is fully furnished and has all you need.
The cost for the room is 405 euros and includes all bills, gas, electricity, WIFI and a landline- more for calling international or mobiles.

Even the room isn't available until January, please let me know if you're interested, it is possible to see it beforehand, short stay is possible- though I would prefer for someone that wants to stay for long term.
