Actualmente vivo yo alemán, mi compi americana y otro mi compi catalán en el piso. Quedaras las tres habitaciones libres para alquilar. Tambien se puede alquilar todo el piso y compartirlo por 1100€

Las tres habitaciones están muy bien distribuidas para propia intimidad y se compartirá la cocina americana, comedor y baño. Los gastos se compartirán entre los tres tal como llegan los recibos. El depósito son 2 meses. Preferible una estancia minina 9 meses aunque también sería posible por menos  tiempo.

The flat has 2 double room suite and 1 individual room, living room with balcony, American kitchen and lots of daylight. The flat is newly refurbish, wooden floor and ceiling, brick stone walls, light walls, completely furnished. From micro oven to bed sheets and dishes available.
At the moment we are 3 living in the flat, from Germany, Usa and Barcelona but we will be living shortly.The flAT Can be rented in totall aswell for 1100€.
