375 € - HABITACIÓN CHULÍSIMA CON GASTOS INCLUIDOS!! (SANTS-BADAL)

Hola!! (english below)

Alquilamos una habitacion chulisima en piso de 4 personas, el precio son 375 con gastos incluidos

La zona es fantastica, al lado hay un metro (30 segs), parada badal, la estacion de sants (central de barcelona) esta a 5 min. Hay un supermercado enfrente de casa, un gimnasio muy económico a 5 min caminando (con piscina), la discoteca la sal (con piscina) esta a 15 min y ademas te dejamos un carnet bicing durante tu estancia para moverte libremente por la ciudad!
Las universidades están a 10 minutos caminando desde casa.
Para llegar a la playa tienes 30 min a bcn y 40 sitges, q es mucho mas bonita!

La habitacion es mediana, acogedora, con mucha luz natural, silenciosa, tiene una mesa enorme...

El piso es grande, tiene mucha luz, una terraza, cocina totalmente equipada (nevera, microondas, gas, lavadora...) con espacio de sobra para tus cosas, el pasillo tiene altillo (por si traes cosas que no te caben en la habitacion), hay dos baños, y abajo hay un trastero donde puedes dejar la bici para no subirla al piso. También hay internet wifi.
En cuanto a nosotros, somos muy diferentes, pero complementarios. Dos chicos y una chica, la chica tiene 28 años y es italiana/venezolana, el chico tiene 21 y es Andorrano y yo soy de aquí, 28 años. Él es estudiante, y ella trabaja de traductora (sabe un montón de idiomas). Yo trabajo también, pero todos tenemos diferentes horarios así que no nos molestamos.
Somos muy limpios y ordenados, y de vez en cuando nos gusta hacer cenas o fiestas en casa el fin de semana (no hay vecinos nunca en sábado :))

En fin, que podría estar hablando mucho rato sobre el piso, pero es mejor que lo veas tu y lo disfrutes!!

Nota: El precio indicado es para 2 o más meses, si quieres estar periodos cortos, podemos hablar el precio y el numero de personas, ya que hay compañeros que marchan de vacaciones...

Hello!

We rent a very nice room in an apartment for 4 persons, the price is 375 including expenses (gas, water, electricity, internet).

The area is fantastic, next there is a subway (30 segs), Badal station, Sants station (central transpor station in Barcelona) is at 5 min. There is a supermarket just in front of the house, an inexpensive gym 5 mins walk (with pool), the summer disco "la sal" (the only one with pool in barcelona) is 15 min and we will also leave you a bicing card during your stay to move freely in bike around the city!
The universities are a 10 minutes walk from home and to reach the beach is 30 minutes the city one and 40 to sitges, which is much more beautiful!

The room is middle size and is very welcoming, with plenty of natural light, quiet, has a huge table...

The apartment is big, has lots of light, a terrace, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, gas, washing machine ...) with plenty of room for your stuff, have a loft in the hall (just in case your things do not fit in the room), two bathrooms and a storage room down there where you can leave a bike not to upload to the floor. There is also wireless internet.
As for us, we are very different, but complementary. Two boys and a girl; the girl is 28 years and is Italian / Venezuelan, the boy is 21 and is Andorran and I'm from here, 28 years old. He is a student and she is working as a translator (she knows a lot of languages). I work too, but we all have different schedules so we do not bother ourselves.
We are very clean and tidy, and occasionally we like to do have dinner together, and some parties on the weekend (no neighbors ever on Saturday:)). By the way, we don't smoke, and there's a balcony for smokers!
We talk a lot of languages: english, spanish, catalan, italian, french... so we can understand ourselves very well!

Anyway, I can be talking a long time on the apartment, but it's better that you come, see it and enjoy it!

Note: The price stated is for 2 or more months, if you want to stay short time (weeks or one month), we can talk a new price and number of people as some of us are going on vacation and could leave you the room...
