Se alquila una habitacion grande e individual en un piso ordenado limpio para chica estudiante de UAB. En el piso estaras con una chica (estudiante de doctorado), una señora y sus mascotas pequeñas.

EL PISO ESTA PERFECTAMENTE SITUADO: En el centro de Barcelona! 1 minuto del Metro (L5 Entenza) y 5 minutos de Sants Estacio (Renfe, AVE, Metro L5 y L3). Esta en la Calle Corsega, 49. Hay un supermercado y un "bazar chino" enfrente de la edificio.
Tambien hay muchas restaurantes y bares en este barrio.

El piso está amueblado y equipado: TV, DVD, Música, lavadora, microondas, Internet, calefaccion etc. Con baño y cocina completos.

La habitacion dispone de cama matrimonio, escritorio, armario grande, y balcon propio. Esta disponible a partir del 30 de Noviembre.

El precio es 380 Euros al mes que incluye todos los gastos e Internet WiFi.
 Para reservarla, es necesario pagar la fianza de un mes (380 Euros).

A large and nice individual room in a clean and organized apt is for rent for a girl (any nationality) who is preferably a student at UAB. You will share the apt with a girl who is a doctorate student, with a lady and whose pets.

The apt is very-well located: In the center of Barcelona! 1 min to the Metro station (L5 Entenza) and 5 mins to Sants Estacio (Renfe's Main Train Station, and Metro L5 and L3). The apt is at Corsega Street, 49. There's a supermarket and a Chinese market in front of the building. Also, there are many bars and restaurants in this neighborhood.

The apt is completely furnished: TV, DVD, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Internet WiFi, heating system etc. In addition, the bath and kitchen provide the necessities.
