Habitación sencilla amueblada para alquilar. La habitación es interior, con cama, armario, estanterías y mesa de estudio.

El piso está muy bien comunicado; con bicing cerca (un montón de buses y nit buses) y a 5 min de plaza Catalunya. Con un montón de supermercados, bares y tiendas pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila. El piso está al lado del parque de la Espanya Industrial, a 2 min. de la estación de Sants, a 5 minutos de la plaza Espanya (linea verde, roja y azul).

El piso tiene un salón/comedor amplio y con mucha luz y un balcón. También tiene TV, DVD, playstation, WIFI, telefono (incluye llamadas nacionales y locales gratis. El piso tiene 2 baños ( uno de ellos con ducha y el otro con bañera).

Nosotras somos: una chica española y otra chica inglesa y un chico francés. Hablamos inglés y castellano.

Furnished single room available now. The room is interior, with a single bed, chest of drawers and shelves and a wardrobe.

The flat is in a good area, next to the Espanya Industrial Park, 200 metres away from Sants Station , 5 minutes walk to Plaça Espanya, the red, blue and green metro lines, lots of buses / nightbuses and bicing, 5 minutes to Plaça Catalunya. The area has everything you need, lots of supermarkets, bars and useful shops, and is fairly peaceful.

The flat is fully equipped: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, (one with bath and the other with shower) living-dining room (with lots of natural light and a lovely balcony). It also has a TV, DVD, wifi, telephone (including free national and local landline calls), microwave, washing machine and everything you may need.

We are: a Spanish girl, an English girl and a French guy. All English and Spanish speakers.
