600 € - huge modenist flat in the city centre to share (RAMBLAS/LICEU)

Hello!

I am a girl who is working and studying at the same time. I also do meditation in the flat. I am looking for 1 PERSON to share the flat with and I am offering her/him 2 rooms (one with a 7m futon style bed, and the other with a high raised small double bed) with a well equipped kitchen to share, a bathroom (with shower and WC), a study room. It is a huge Modernist flat (120m) with a big living room and huge terrace (100m) in the heart of Barcelona. It is quiet, sunny and close to the Ramblas (2min from the Boqueria market, 5min from Cataluña square, 10min from the beach; close to all public transport stops: Public bikes, Underground L1 and L3, Bus, Ferrocarril, Shops 24h, Libraries).

-Minimum stay (6 months): from November till April (included)
-Price: 600€ (all utilities included: Gas+Electricity+Water+Internet WIFI+ Sheets+Towels+building maintainance as well)
-Deposit: 900€ (1 & a half months)
-Wanted: serious, respectful and responsible people
-Preferences: mother tongue: French, English, Portuguese in order to practise (I am studying at the school of languages)

After having shared flats in different parts of Europe, I have my ideas very clear about how I want to live in my space. I understand that at first sight the rules may seem a bit strict but I believe it is fundamental to know the conditions of sharing from the very beginning in order not waste neither mine nor your energy and time.

For my life’s rhythm it is very important to have a calm and peaceful atmosphere in the flat: the house represents to me a nest, a refuge and it has to be a place of Dialogue and Mutual Respect.

BASICS RULES

A) Economic aspect.

First month: 600€ + 900€ deposit= 1500€

Rent must be paid the first day of the month (through my bank account and show me a receipt of the transaction).

If you break or damage any objects/ part of the furniture you must replace it or the value will be deducted from your deposit.

We will organise a kitty of about 10€ a month in order to buy products for the house (cleaning products, toilet paper,stuff to share).

B) Logistic aspect.

1- 1 month’s notice (before the 01 of the previous month) must be given if you want to leave the flat after the firsts 6 months (and the room left in the same condition as you found it).

2- CLEANING: once a week by rota.

3- GARBAGE collection in order to recycle (paper + plastic + organic + glass).

4- 1 individual LAUNDRY + 1 common LAUNDRY a week (sheets + kitchen & bath towels).

6- NO SMOKING FLAT.

7- NO GUESTS are allowed to sleep in the flat (we could discuss special situations or circumstances).
