Hi!

We are looking for a non smoker girl for an exterior and sunny room.

The flat is very luminous and calm, located in the zone of the Sagrada Familia and Hospital de Sant Pau. The flat is great with a complete kitchen (oven, microwave, table to eat,…), there is large dining room (TV, DVD, sofa, table,..), wifi internet,  a terrace (table and some chairs) where you can eat, read or to take sun… and two complete bathrooms.

There is Internet (WIFI) and fix telephone.

The room has a window, bed, table of study and a closet. It is middle sized and very homely.

We are looking for a calm person who wants to share, easygoing and please someone clean   The flat is always clean; it comes a mate to clean once a week.

The nearest metro stations are Sagrada Familia (L5/L2) and Hospital de Sant Pau (L5) (2min walk). 

The price is 330€/month + expenses + 1 month of caution.
