350 € - NICE ROOM + PRIVATE BATHROOM in a 160m2 flat (Eixample / Les Corts)

We rent a room with private toilet (inside the room) from DECEMBER the 15th!

Its an interior room (does't face the street) but, being located in the penultimate floor of the building, is very light...

It also has a door to the storage cupboard of the flat (for leaving bags and other stuff)

The price is 350€ + expenses (water, gas and light...WIFI is included on the price!).

For those who like to read more, we will try to explain more about the ad:

The flat is situated between Sants Station and Francesc Macià. METRO: L3 Sants, L5 Entenza; TRAM: Francesc Maciá. The flat has 4 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms...and its fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, washmachine, 2 TVs, WIFI...)

We are 3 people living in the flat; 2 boys and one girl, with you we would be 4 people in total...we smoke, so there are no rules in this sense.

In summary, there is freedom for "everything" if it doesnt bother the others.

We are looking for a clean person, but not obsessive, of good vibes (very important!) with which we can laugh and make a few beers (or whatever) sometimes.
