250 € - RENT A ROOM WITH A VIEW FROM NOVEMBER (LA PAU)

I´m renting a nice room with a view to the sea in an ample and comfortable flat with a view to the sea and the mountains in front of La Pau Subway Station (yellow line 2 and violet line 4) 15´ from the centre of the city and this being a quiet neighbourhood. Bicing station recently located two streets from the flat.

The price is 250 euros plus 50 euros expenses (gas, electricity, water and phone bills and cleaning) and I´m asking a month in advance for the bond which will do for the last month of your stay.

Fully equipped: air-conditioning, central heating, TVs, DVD, ADSL/WIFI connection, wireless phone with free calls to all Spain, fridge with freezer, washing and dryer machines, microwave, vaccum-cleaner, toaster, etc…
