I am looking for a very quiet, clean and nice girl to share a 90m2 flat .

Please note that to smoke or having pets is not allowed.

The price is for 1 single rooms for one girl. (just one)

Bright and sunny 90m2 apartment with terrace, furnished, close to the beach, and also close to 2 metro lines: L1-Marina and L4 -Bogatell, tram, Bus Station (Estació del Nord) and Ciutadella park.

3 supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, Pompeu Fabra University in the nearby.
