25 € - ROOM FOR RENT PER DAYS OR WEEKS (GOTHIC AREA, CITY CENTER)

We are a young couple reting a room that we´ve just reformed in our appartment for a few days or weeks. The flat is an attic located at the gothic area; the center of the city, really close to different metro stations (Drassaness, green line and Jaume I, yellow line). The room is exterior and very sunny. The flat has a balcony and is fully furnished with internet. The use of the kitchen is of course included. We´re looking for responsable and quiet people who wants to stay for a few days or weeks, preferably students or tourists. The rent of the room is 25 euros per day (only for one person).
