Hello,

 I have a Single fully furnished room that is ready for occupation.

The room has a window and is light and airy at all times of the day. It is equipped with a single bed, writing desk, Double wardrobe, shelves and drawers.  

The flat is located near 3 metro stations on the Blue, Green and red lines as well as being 10 minutes walk from Sants Station.  It is on the sixth floor of a 1920's building with a balcony that has views of the street. The building has a lift and large roof terrace for enjoying the sun!

Inside the flat we have Internet WIFI, fully equipped Kitchen, bathroom and lounge with cable TV.

We have supermarkets, bars and clubs all within a one block radius. Also it is a 15 minute walk to plaza Catalunya and the shopping zones, a Short metro ride to the beach, and near many of Barcelona’s Universities and the business district in Av. Diagonal.

The flat has three bedrooms, the medium one is currently empty and I am looking to rent it. I am looking for a flatmate who enjoys the Nightlife in Barcelona, has a good sense of humour and is fairly responsible.   

The price is 350 Euros plus one month returnable deposit. All bills are included in the price.
