Single room for rent in BCN (Nou Barris, Via Julia). Price is 230 Euros per month. Available from the 1^st of December.

There are 3 other persons (students) living in the same flat. It is well communicated with the centre of BCN. We have several lines of metro (yellow L4 just in front of the house, L1 red and L3 green ones are in 8-10 min.on foot). Also there are Renfe stations within walking distance from the house (San Andreu Arenal, Comtal, Torre del Baro). It is very easy to get to the beach both in BCN and outside. There are also night buses to the centre of the city.

The room is quiet and has a lot of natural light. There is a bed, a table, a chair, a wardrobe, and there is a place for a bookcase. The climate in our flat is very friendly and full of mutual respect.

We have internet connection WiFi and land phone line.

We are looking for someone who has similar life style (who need peaceful and quiet environment  to study and rest)  and preferably does not smoke.
