We have a single (~ 7 m²) room available in a very nice flat to share with three other friendly people. We are grad students at the UAB and are 23 to 26 years old.

The flat is located in Pl. Molina, near Gràcia, just next to the FGC train station (to UAB, Terrassa, Sabadell, etc. and to the center of Barcelona), 6 minutes walking to Metro Fontana (L3), and near several bus stops (16, 17, 22, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 58, 64, 92). Price is 310€ + expenses (around 30€ usually).

The room has wooden floor and a window to a light shaft (the flat is in a 4th storey out of 6 so light comes in).  A built-in wardrobe is available outside the room, for exclusive use for this room. The flat has a spacious, light living-room, a full bathroom and a toilette.
