I rent a single room in a 105m2 apartment, next to green line metro station "les corts" and several buses stop, and 15 minutes walking distance from university (UB and UPC university).

Nearby you find 2 big malls ("El Corte Ingles" and "La Illa") and all kind of shops.

The apartment has 4 sunny bedrooms (1 suite and 3 singles) equipped with wardrobe and individual study table; 2 bathrooms (1 in the suite), dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, plates, pans,... and so does the dining room (table, chairs, TV, DVD, music stereo, sofas, ADSL, ...)

The rent of the room is 325€+ (parking, optional) and will be available from the 1st of december.

We are 3 girls who prefer a girl, who works or studies a Master or PHD from 27 years old.
