Tenemos una habitación libre, exterior con mucha luz! Desde ya o a partir de ahora. Vista al Tibidabo. Hay una cama y un armario emportrado muy grande.
 La cocina tiene todo lo k necesitas, tb lavavajillas! Hay calefaccíon, airecondicionado y WIFI en la casa. La estación de Metro es Vallcarca, asi que queda en Gracia (La Salut).
Buscamos una persona non-fumadora entre 20-30 años, k trabaje o estudie. Nosotros tb trabajamos/estudiamos y tenemos 23 y 29 años.
El precio es de 350€ + 20€ gastos. Pedimos un mes de fianza.

Are you looking for a quiet and clean room, in a nice flat, with good connection to the city center and nice flatmates?

We offer a single room in Gracia la Salut in a quiet area, but just 5 stations from Pl. Catalunya (metro Vallcarca L3), from now. Nice room with a view of tibidabo. The room has got a big integrated closet and a bed.

You will share the flat with two germans (23 - 29 years old). The flat is recently renovated and the kitchen is well equipped (fridge, dish washer, oven). We also have WLAN and a flat rate for Spain.

We are looking for a nice, non-smoking person who is studying and/or working. Between 22 – 29 years. We speak english, german and spanish.

We ask for 1 month deposit. 350€ + 20 € expenses.

Wir bieten ein gemütliches Zimmer in Gracia la Salut, nur 5 Stationen vom Pl. Catalunya entfernt (Metro Vallcarca) ab dem jetzt, mit Blick auf den Tibidabo. Das Zimmer hat ein Einzelbett und einen grossen Einbauschrank.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind wir (23 und 29 Jahre jung). Die Wohnung ist frisch angestrichen und tapeziert. Wir bieten eine voll ausgestattet Küche (Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Ofen). WLAN steht natürlich auch zur Verfügung.

Wir suchen eine nette aufgeschlossene Person (zwischen 23-29 Jahren), am besten Nichtraucher, die hier studiert und/oder arbeitet. Wir sprechen englisch, deutsch und spanisch.

350€ + 20€ nebenkosten. 1 Monatsmiete Kaution.
