We are looking for a flatemate that is respectful, friendly and clean.

The room is around 12m², has a big window and door to a terrace, desk and chair, book shelves, closet, indiv. bed and night table with lamp;

You will share a big bathroom with only one person.

The flat is for a total of 3 p. (from 25 to 35), it´s really big (120m²),trendy, sunny, always clean, it has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living-dining room, extra closets, 2 bathrooms, WiFi, TV cable, phone, A.C and heating. It is not an old building, everything around here is new and we do have an elevator!!

In the Rambla Brasil, 15 min. walking from Sants Estación. METRO L3:Les Corts and L5: Badal, lots of buses and a bicing station in front.

To enter as soon as posible, 400 euros per month.

La habitación es de 12m², es muy luminosa con una gran ventana y puerta hacia una terraza, escritorio con silla, librero, estantería, armario, cama individual y mesita de noche con lámpara.

Compartirás un baño grande con sólo una persona.

El piso es realmente grande (120m²) luminoso y muy limpio, para 3 personas en total (de 25 a 35 años), cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada, 2 baños, lavadora, sala-comedor, armarios extras, WiFi , teléfono, TV cable, A/C y calefacción central. El edificio es nuevo y si tenemos elevador !!

En la Rambla Brasil a 15 min caminando de Sants Estación, metro L3: Les Corts y L5: Badal, muchos buses y una estación de bicing en frente
