We are looking for a housemate / buscamos campañero  de casa

We have a large room available right away. The room is fully furnished: a big bed, bedding, chests of drawers, mirror, heater, shelves, desk, chairs and lamps. - 20 MEGA ADSL Wifi internet connection.

WE are  professionals boys, friendly, non-smokers.

We have cinema, library, restaurants, libraries, banks, supermarkets, and the Metro Blue Line: Horta, all that is next to home!
and we also have almost all the buses in front of the home at nightbus, too.

The priceS ARE: 350 € AND  €420/Big BEDmonth + inclusive (water, electric, gas, ADSL)
