Our home is grrreat: large living room with cozy balcony, breakfast table in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Lift. Wifi. And brilliantly placed, right opposite metro Lesseps. No traffic noise as we have a huge internal patio between 3 buildings. No parties allowed (by the owner).

We are looking for a boy, non smoker, ideally over 28, who's got some experience of sharing a flat, respectful, keen on sharing house duties, and a nice person ;) We're looking to rent for long term, minimum 6 months - one year.

We are a British girl, a Spanish girl and a Spanish guy. We are like a small, cozy but also independent family and we hope to keep this atmospehre (not just a "rent-a-room")
