We're looking for a new housemate!

Our flat is grrreat: large living room with cozy balcony, breakfast table in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Lift. Wifi. And brilliantly placed, right opposite metro Lesseps. No traffic noise as we have a huge internal patio between 3 buildings. No parties allowed.

We are looking for a non smoker boy, ideally over 27, who's got some experience of sharing a flat, respectful, keen on sharing house duties, and a nice person ;) We're looking to rent for long term, minimum 6 months - a year.

You'll be sharing the flat with a Spanish and a British girl ans a Spanish guy, all working.

- Single bedroom with balcony 320 rent + 35€ bills so 355€ bills incl. Free next Sunday 15NOV

NB: Do not bother contacting us if you're searching for other dates please, unless you're prepared to pay for the days you won't be there (ie, 180€ for November)
