We are 2 girls British and Catalan and one Spanish guy looking for a new flatmate from 20NOV. Non smoker, min age 27. 

We offer an external room (see the pics) directed to balcony. Rent 320€ + 5€ (kitty)+ 35€ bills (water, gas, electricity, WiFi). TOTAL 360€ bills incl. Deposit 450eur to fully return when you depart.

The flat to share is 110m2. 3^rd floor. Lift. 2 bathrooms, a small balcony where we eat in summer, no traffic noise,  big living room, no TV (we don’t like it !), kitchen with a small table for bfast, internal balcony for Washing Machine and to hang clothes.

Great location: right opposite metro Lesseps (green line). Plenty of supermarkets, buses, library, bakery, cafés, squares, VO Cinema, theatres, etc. We are a small family now but quite independent too. 

We are looking for a nice, independent, RESPONSABLE, NON SMOKER (no exceptions!) housemate and, most important of all: someone who knows how to use a mop ! Ideally someone who has shared a flat b4, who respects the other housemates (tip-toeing and when the others are ) and capable of doing his household shares (dishes, rubbish, weekly cleaning) without being reminded. Parties are forbidden (by the owner I'm afraid) and we rather not have you girlfriend/boyfriend hanging in the house all day.
