Precioso Atico por Plaza Catalunya en ramblas, un dormitorio doble y dos individuales, salón, comedor, cocina independiente, baño, terrazas de 60 m2 y lavadero a compartir, con consumos de luz, agua, gas, internet wifi, TV digital, toallas, sábanas, vajilla, menaje, llamadas nacionales y servicio de chica de servicio y lavandería diarios incluidos en el precio.

Se te asignará una parte habilitada como dormitorio y separada del resto del salón por un sistema de cortinas del techo al suelo y con armario propio con llaves, una cama de 120 cms de ancho, espejo y lámpara independiente del resto del salón.

A) Si te interesa por noches, hay dos opciones, en ambas los precios dependen de la privacidad y el tamaño del dormitorio elegido:

1) En régimen a compartir:

Si eliges:

Dormitorio habilitado en una parte separada del resto del salón por un sistema de cortinas del techo al suelo y con armario propio con llaves, una cama de 120 cms de ancho, espejo y lámpara independiente del resto del salon:
1 persona : 20 €    - 2 personas : 40 €
Habitación-dormitorio individual:
1 persona : 30 €    - 2 personas : 50 €
Habitación-dormitorio doble con escritorio-comedor y saloncito privados:   
1 persona : 40 €     - 2 personas : 60 €
Habitación-dormitorio doble con baño, escritorio-comedor y saloncito privados:
1 persona : 50 €     - 2 personas : 70 €
Habitación-dormitorio triple con baño, escritorio-comedor y salón privados:
1 persona : 60 €     - 2 personas : 80 €     - 3 personas : 90 €

Si prefirieses estar con todo el piso entero para ti con los mismos gastos y servicios incluidos…. entonces sería:

2)   En régimen en exclusiva: (aforo máximo 4 personas)

1 persona     70€
2 personas     80€
3 personas     90€
4 personas     100€


Mas 50 euros de depósito x cada juego de llaves que quieras a devolver al marchar y datos del pasaporte o dni.

Beautiful Penthouse beside Plaza Catalunya on Ramblas street, some bedrooms, livingroom, dinningroom, independent kitchen, bathroom, 60 square meters terraces, laundry and lumberroom for sharing with the expenses of water, gas, ligth, wifi internet, digital TV, towels, sheets, crockery, household, national calls and the cleaning girl service and laundry dialy included in the price.

In this case, which is rented is a separate part of the living by courtins from the ceiling to the floor with an own wardrobe with own keys, a bed of 1´20 metres wide, mirror and independent ligths from the other part of the living.

A) If you are interested in renting per night, there are two options and prices vary according to size and privacy:

1) In a flat to share:

If you choose:

Mounted bedroom, separated from the living room by a system of curtains that hangs     from the ceiling which includes closet with lock, 120 cm wide bed, mirror and lamp separated from the livingroom.

Single bedroom:
1 people : 30 €     - 2 people : 50 €
Double bedroom with desk-dining room and little living room (both private) :
1 people : 40 €     - 2 people : 60 €
Double bedroom with bathroom, desk-dining room and little living room (three of them private)
1 people : 50 €     - 2 people : 70 €
Triple bedroom with bathroom, desk-dining room and living room (three of them private):
1 people : 60 €     - 2 people : 80 €     - 3 people : 90 €

If you rather have a whole flat for yourself with same services and expenses included...

then it would be:


2) In a flat for your own: (maximum capacity 4 people)

1 people     70€
2 people     80€
3 people     90€
4 people     100€


Plus 50 euros for the deposit of each keys that you will need to be returned when you will leave the flat and personal details of your passaports.

I´d need your mobile phone number and the exactly dates and hour of your arrival to Barcelona Central Passeig de Gracia and departure for being waiting for you and booking them for you…
