Live on a Boat, BCN Center, Secure Club with Pool

We sell our Motor boat "Lamerica" where we've been living for almost 2 years WITH its special moorage at the boat club in the very center of Barcelona- (waiting list of several years)

The motor boat is in perfect conditions and ready to move in to live. It has a shower, toilet, "bedroom", washing-machine and even a small "office" - besides- it IS a boat that you can take out whenever you please-if you please.
Life is easy at the club, you live on the boat, with 24hrs security in the very center of Barcelona, there's a swimming pool -that is almost only used by others on sunday, a gym and a rowing club + other activities.
It has been two great years for us, a totally new and refreshing-but also comfortable- experience that we warmly recommend. Now we need a bigger home since we're thinking of having children.
The price includes the 5000€ fee for entering the Club-withholding our moorage with view of the City Sky Line and we give up our unique mooring post.
The price of the boat itself is set at 60.000€
The monthly fee at the club for two members is a total of 270€- which includes water and electricity!

Vive en el puerto de Barcelona en un barco equipado!

Vendemos nuestro barco que ha sido nuestra casa durante dos años porque vamos al extranjero a vivir. Es una motora aresa, 12.9 de eslora completo con todo lo que se necesite para una vida cómoda: camarote "dormitorio" camarote-"despachito", cocina, lavabo con ducha y lavadora. Lo tenemos amarrado en el club marítim y a quien lo compre cederemos nuestro amarre -hay una larga lista de espera. El club tiene seguridad 24h, piscina, gimnasio y duchas, barbacoa y salas donde los socios nos podemos mover 24h, organizar fiestas etc. Se vive muy cómodo y de forma privilegiada.
La mensualidad del amarre son 270€/mes incluyendo, agua y electricidad: olvídate de otros recibos mensuales del hogar!
