The holiday old style apartment has been refurbished to the highest standard using only the finest materials, with wooden furniture with great care and attention to detail of exclusive interior design . This Barcelona accommodation has a very quiet and relaxing aura to it and is extremely spacious covering 75 sq metres, with wooden flooring throughout. It has fantastic natural light to the 2 rooms of the flat as it situated on the fourth floor with it’s own balcony to the street. No elevator.
The living area in this private accommodation is exactly that. You will only find top class furnishings with not a sofa bed in sight! So you can relax without having to compromise your living area for
extra bed space. Our aim is to allow our guests to feel completely at home in this exclusive Barcelona modernist apartment. This beautiful Barcelona flat rental provides you with two relaxing bedrooms. Both of which have been furnished with great care and attention to detail. There is a large TV plasma in the salon. An extra single bed is on the third room. The bathroom features brand new fittings and a fantastic power shower. The kitchen in this stylish old design apartment is fully equipped with everything you could want and more. This accommodation kitchen has been fitted with brand new equipment including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher , oven and hob. Conveniences such as iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee maker and a tea pot are also supplied. All the utensils are new!
1350 per month for a maximum of 2 couples and 0ne single. Deposit of 2700 Euros which will be refunded at the end of your stay (provided the flat has not suffered damages beyond normal wear).
