NO PEDIMOS MES DE FIANZA.

Precioso Atico en Ramblas Plaza Cataluña, varios dormitorios dobles, salón, comedor, cocina independiente, baño, terraza de 60 m2 y lavadero a compartir, con consumos de luz, agua, gas, internet wifi, TV digital, toallas, sábanas, vajilla, menaje, llamadas nacionales y servicio de chica de servicio y lavandería diarios incluidos en el precio. Se trata de la vivienda habitual de una amiga donde reside tambien la asistenta domestica y por estar ausentada unos dias, me ha dejado las llaves y te lo podria dejar. En caso de que te incomode que la asistenta duerma en casa puede ir a casa de su hermana que vive al lado.

 

A) Si te interesa por noches, hay dos opciones, en ambas los precios dependen de la privacidad y el tamaño del dormitorio elegido:

B) Si te interesa por meses:
El precio por mes será el resultante de la multiplicación de la lista por días (que repetimos a     continuación) por la cantidad de días que tenga el mes.

Todos los interesados deberan aportar además 50 euros de depósito por su propio juego de llaves que quieran a devolver al marchar y datos del pasaporte o dni.

WE DON´T ASK FOR A MONTH OF DIPOSIT.

Beautiful Penthouse in Ramblas Catalonia Square, some double bedrooms, livingroom, dinningroom, independent kitchen, bathroom, 60 square meters terrace, laundry and lumberroom for sharing with the expenses of water, gas, ligth, wifi internet, digital TV, towels, sheets, crockery, household, national calls and the cleaning girl service and laundry dialy included in the price. This is the residence of my friend, where also the assistant domestic lives, and because she is going for a trip for a few days, and have leave me the keys, I could leave it to you. If you feel uncomfortable that the assistant sleep at home, she can go to the house of her sister who lives next to it.

Every guest will have to make a 50€ deposit for his own set of key and provide DNI or passport information. Deposit will be returned by check out.

For booking and being waited for, we will need mobile phone number, exact date and time of arrival to central Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia area, and departure date and time.
